It was my birthday, woke up before sunrise with an urge to take a an image to celebrate this occasion. I went to this pier, just next to Kuwait Towers. It was a windy cold January day. A storm was on the horizon and everything was gray. Not to be discourage, I used a 10 stop ND filter to get a silky smooth water and cloud movements. The image initially was not impressive from the back of the camera, but after viewing it Lightroom and changing it to black and white, the result was impressive (the perfect birthday gift for myself)
