Nice shots, Charles, as always. That first one is amazing. Love the colors of the second one. All are excellently taken!
Thanks! The light on the organ pipes wasn't as intense as I would have liked but it was an overcast day and this was as bright as the interior was going to get. For the second one, I was taking the photo more for the texture rather than the colors.
Hey, thanks for posting Charles, it's always good to see life through your eyes.
I especially enjoy the first one, due to its stark contrast and crisp line.
You're welcome, my pleasure. On the pipes, that's what caught my attention. The photo is cropped quite a bit.
The organ pipes are giving a beautiful graphics! Can you give them a bit space at the top? They look a but cut off.
The greenish elder house could be almost everywhere, most likely in the south. Looking like fresh renewed windows..
1740, the final stone at the main gate. The 2 lions plus the emblem.. Mr google could tell us to which family that belongs to.
Aren't they? That's what caught my attention... that and the sunlight that came through one of the side church windows on an overcast day. I'll post another photo for you. (It is a highly cropped photo.)
The greenish paint was in Cologne, east central. Maybe they got the paint on a discount?
I forgot - it's cut off the top because there some hanging LED lights there. Frankly, I really don't feel like taking the time to photoshop them out.
I see, the LED lights.. cut off is the quickest solution, maybe. Yes, the pips own a good graphical quality for me! Just the silver and shimmering in different tones. That's attracting ( to me).
Absolutely, that's exactly what attracted my attention and why I posted. Under lesser light situations, I wouldn't have posted it here.
